The territory alongside Via Emilia, offers not only vast local products for tasting, but real food art and entertainment to its visitors too. Every single regional area, has its own specialties, awarded with a total of 44 PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and IGP (Protected Geographical Identification) world-renown products. The production factories of Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma Ham and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena are embedded in lovely landscapes, such as scenic hills, fascinating castles and romantic fortresses.

To deepen my knowledge of the famously called “Modena’s black gold”, in 2013 I had an amazing opportunity to complete an Expert Taster course of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
